The Mobilsept HP vehicle's indoor antimicrobial process kills 99.99% of harmful microorganisms and pathogens, including the following bacteria, viruses and fungi.

How does Mobilsept HP  technology work?
The 29-minute HP coating process consists of two important steps.
First -  pre-sanitize  process, with hospital grade , color neutral disinfectant, Second the installation of microbial coating. 
HP- BIOSAFE ™ is a patented FDA-EPA-listed, long-acting antimicrobial surfactant that continuously inhibits the growth and spread of dangerous microorganisms and helps prevent the growth and spread of bacteria & germs. The treatment is efficient on soft and hard, porous and non-porous materials and surfaces. 
The  BIOSAFE ™ mist binds permanently to the treated surfaces. Once the BIOSAFE ™ protective coating is positively charged, a plurality of invisible microscopic “spikes” branch out and protrude from the surface, neutralizing the pathogens that enter there, similar to puncturing a balloon.
Microorganisms are negatively charged, so they are attracted to positively charged spikes that rupture their cell walls and essentially “cause an electric shock” in them.
The highly multifunctional active ingredient BIOSAFE provides additional important help: in preventing the formation of odors, preserving the condition of fabrics, surfaces and other materials, inhibiting staining, reducing color changes caused by UV - cracks and fading, and maintaining the fineness of surfaces.

How long antimicrobially is effective the Mobilsept HP protective layer?
HP's BIOSAFE ™ substance  is rapidly distributed and bound to all surfaces. Thereafter, the around the clock antimicrobial protection against the spread of infections provides immediate and ongoing protection for travelers. BIOSAFE ™ patented antimicrobial agent forms a covalent bond with the applied surfaces. In this respect, the “LAYER” created is not really a coating like a paint, because its subcoat results in the formation of a completely new surface, technically called a copolymer, which becomes an integral part of the original surface. The LAYER created does not decompose over time, is not volatile (does not release constituents into the air), insoluble (will not wash off), does not wash out
(it moves through other physical materials by one of several physical processes) and is not absorbed or consumed by microbes.
Theoretically, the antimicrobial effect should remain inherited. In practice, however, this is not the case.
Due to the construction, environment and conditions of the LAYER on variable surfaces, and other factors, reliable efficiency is limited to “up to 180 days”. *

How effective is the established HP protective layer inside the car?
Numerous and significant .. HP BIOSAFE ™ LAYER binds and works effectively on virtually any surface, be it porous or non-porous, hard, soft, solid or fabric / upholstery. This is an important advantage of BIOSAFE ™, as the use of standard disinfectants is usually designed and recommended on hard surfaces.
How to clean surfaces treated with BIOSAFE ™ protective layer?
The created BIOSAFE LAYER is not a substitute for routine cleaning. In fact, only routine cleaning with a wet-damp cloth is recommended to keep the LAYER effective, as the antimicrobial surface is very thin and too much dirt or other deposited dirt will reduce the effectiveness of the “biological spikes” until they are cleaned.
Does regular cleaning of the BIOSAFE-treated surface reduce the antimicrobial efficacy?
No it’s not. Normal cleaning with a damp cloth will not damage or remove the HP microbial coating. It is important to note, however, that sanding or scrubbing surfaces treated with BIOSAFE will partially break it down and greatly reduce its effectiveness.

What is the main difference between BIOSAFE ™ and other types of antimicrobials?
There are several differences between BIOSAFE ™ and other antimicrobial procedures. However, the most important difference is probably the continuous antimicrobial effect that the composition of the active substance provides after the creation of HP BIOSAFE ™coating. Conventional disinfectants and antimicrobials poison the destruction of microorganisms by DNA alteration or chemicals. Unfortunately, when DNA is altered, new chemical resistant pathogens can form. Although chemicals are rapidly distributed due to their toxicity to avoid adverse effects on humans and animals, their antimicrobial capabilities disappear as soon as they evaporate, allowing bacteria to return almost immediately. Like traditional antimicrobials, BIOSAFE ™ is effective and has an immediate microbial effect. However, the similarities are finite because, unlike the others, BIOSAFE ™ eliminates and continuously monitors for the presence of pathogenic microbes. It is outstandingly unique in that it does this by a purely physical process, without the use of any harmful chemicals, which is a patented surface modification technology. BIOSAFE ™ has many years of proven use in many other areas of life (textiles, healthcare).

Can the  BIOSAFE ™ antimicrobial coating substance to be purchased?
HP's BIOSAFE ™ substance is not commercially available. Due to the complex technology,  after the necessary pre-cleaning process the microfilm coating can be produced only by the HP unit.
